CLAIMING
1 Don't claim something that has already been claimed.
2 You may claim more than one thing, but you may have to wait, if you have already claimed some.
3 If you claim a body part, it must be something not covered by clothing (i.e. You can claim Sam's hand. Although why you would want to, I don't know.) The exception is Frodo in Minas Morgul. You cannot claim his belly button, or anything like that.
4 You can claim qualities, but make sure they apply.
5 Put Faramir some where in your mail "Citadel Of Stars" so I know you have read the rules.
6 I don't have screen capture, so claim something that I can find on the internet please, or else you may have to wait a looong time!
7 Link back to my site if you put your claim up on a webpage.
8 Be patient, give me one to two weeks to make your claim. If it's more, I will email you.
